South Korea Inflation Slips 0.2% In November

(RTTNews) - Consumer prices in South Korea were down a seasonally adjusted 0.2 percent on month in November, Statistics Korea said on Tuesday.

That beat expectations for a decline of 0.3 percent following the 0.3 percent increase in October.

On a yearly basis, inflation was up 2.4 percent - unchanged and in line with expectations.

Core CPI dipped 0.1 percent on month and rose 2.0 percent on year in November after rising 0.4 percent on month and 2.2 percent on year in the previous month.
