Australian Dollar Falls Against Majors

(RTTNews) - The Australian dollar weakened against other major currencies in the European session on Thursday.

The Australian dollar fell to 2-day lows of 1.6400 against the euro and 0.9865 against the Canadian dollar, from early highs of 1.6369 and 0.9889, respectively.

Against the U.S. dollar and the yen, the aussie edged down to 0.7039 and 111.10 from early highs of 0.7061 and 111.35, respectively.

If the aussie extends its downtrend, it is likely to find support around 1.65 against the euro, 0.96 against the loonie, 0.69 against the greenback and 109.00 against the yen.
