Hungary PPI Climbs For Fourth Month

(RTTNews) - Hungary's producer prices increased for the fourth straight month in March, figures from the Hungarian Central Statistical Office showed Friday.

The producer price index climbed 4.2 percent year-over-year in March, faster than the 4.0 percent rise in February.

Domestic market producer prices grew 6.7 percent annually in March and foreign market prices went up by 3.0 percent.

In an another report, the statistical office revealed that the unemployment rate rose slightly to 4.5 percent in the January to March period from 4.4 percent in December to February period. The figure also matched consensus estimate.
